Faculty Resources & Services: Course Guides

About Course Guides

Course Guides are research guides created by our subject specialist librarians for students and faculty. Our librarians collaborate with faculty members to ensure that the guides meet the needs of their students and themselves.

Librarians compile subject-specific scholarly resources, database tutorials, search strategies, and citation help all in one location. Course Guides makes it simple to embed content into your guide in most any format, from web links and documents, to podcasts and RSS feeds.

Course Guides can be course or assignment-specific--librarians are ready to support your class assignments with Canvas-embedded information literacy assessments. Faculty are encouraged to request a course-specific or assignment guide which can be directly embedded in the Canvas course for easy access from on or off-campus.
