This guide provides the normal operating hours for the JSU Library and the calendar for the semester as well.

Summer 2025 Semesters

May 1 - 7 (Thursday - Wednesday): Library Hours:
WEEKDAYS: 7:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
(Please note early closing time)
WEEKENDS: CLOSED
May 8 (Thursday): Library Open Regular Hours
May 26 (Monday): LIBRARY CLOSED - UNIVERSITY HOLIDAY
June 19 (Thursday): LIBRARY CLOSED - UNIVERSITY HOLIDAY
July 4 (Friday): LIBRARY CLOSED - UNIVERSITY HOLIDAY
August 6 (Wednesday): Last Day for Faculty Office Hours
August 7 - 17 (Thursday - Sunday):
