The Houston Cole Library is closed on holidays recognized by Jacksonville State University. These are noted in the specific semester schedule tabs and the Holidays and Breaks tab.

The Library Computer Lab, located on the 10^th floor, is restricted to currently enrolled students or employees of the University. The computer lab closes 15 minutes before the Library closes.

The Reference Desk is located on the 2nd Floor.
