Continuity of Library Services: Research Help

Get Research Help

Research assistance is available online weekdays from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. using the Library's virtual chat. You may also contact the library for questions or research assistance through our Ask A Librarian. During a JSU campus closure (except holiday breaks), our virtual chat option will be staffed, but on a limited basis. Typically,  during the closures, virtual chat will be available 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. If chat is not available, you can use the email address on the Ask A Librarian page to send us a message.

You can also make an appointment with one of our subject specialists for research assistant. NOTE: consultations will be conducted online in the event of a closure.
