The Group Study Rooms are provided for collaborative study for the use of Library patrons.

The 5th Floor Group Study Room is available for groups of 2-5 people. The room does not have to be reserved for use. The room holds a table and chairs.

General Information

User Responsibility:

  • Users are responsible for their personal property at all times.
  • Users must comply with all HCL policies.
  • Users must clean the room leaving it in its original condition.
  • No furniture should be removed from the room.

  What defines a group?

A group is defined as two or more students.

  May the 5th Floor Group Study Room be used for holding classes or meetings?

No. The 5th Floor Group Study Room is only to be used for group study.

  How many people will the 5th Floor Group Study Room accommodate?

The room will accommodate up to 5 people.

  Do I have to make a reservation to use the 5th Floor Group Study Room?

No. The 5th Floor Group Study Room is strictly first come, first served.
